Chris is a longtime resident of Chester County. He has served the public and his community as the Chester County Recorder Of Deeds, a West Goshen Township Supervisor, a soldier in the U.S. Army, a volunteer summer school teacher in Philadelphia through the Teach for America program, a Chester County Correctional Officer and Correctional Counselor, a Chester County Public Defender, a Chester County Court appointed counsel for guardianship matters, a Program Coordinator for the Chester County OIC Homeless Veterans Reintegration Program and currently serves as the PA State Representative for House District 156 in West Chester, Pennsylvania, sworn into office in January, 2023.
Chris is a Temple University graduate with a B.A. in Political Science. After his service in the U.S. Army, Chris attended Temple University School of Law and earned his J.D. degree. Chris is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, and United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He has successfully completed the Pennsylvania Municipal Planning Education Institute courses in Zoning and Community Planning. Chris’ was voted one of the Daily Local News Best General Practice Lawyers in Chester County for 2021. His areas of specialization include guardianship, real estate, municipal, and criminal law.
Chris attributes his success to the strong support of his wife of 27 years, Christine, and their two children.
