Anthony brings extensive public sector and courtroom experience to his work with firm clients. A former Lycoming County assistant district attorney with early career experience at a major Philadelphia law firm, Anthony focuses his practice on providing guidance to municipalities in the Delaware Valley and representing them in a variety of disputes. He also works with individual clients on personal legal matters, including criminal and civil litigation.
Anthony’s first-hand experience working in local government and commitment to client service help him to provide sound counsel to area municipalities, including Norristown and Jenkintown. In addition to considerable background handling trials and appeals in state and local courts, he has experience with other areas core to municipalities, such as contract review and negotiation, financing and real estate.
Individual clients facing difficult personal circumstances – including DUI and criminal charges as well as family law matters – have relied on Anthony for his strong advocacy and understanding of prevailing law. With experience handling thousands of misdemeanor and felony cases as an assistant district attorney, he is skilled at protecting clients and positioning cases to secure strong outcomes.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Anthony spent six years as a special investigator for a federal contractor to the U.S. Office of Personnel Management. He has authored several articles and has been quoted in area publications in relation to his work as a prosecutor. Anthony resides in Montgomery County with his wife and son.
